Profile Settings

Update your name, email address, and password for your LeaseLlama account.

Overview

Your Profile page is where you manage your personal account — update your display name, change your email, and reset your password. These are your settings, separate from the facility’s business settings.

To get here: Click your name or avatar (top right of any page) → Profile.

Updating your name

  1. Click the Name field
  2. Type your new name
  3. Click Save

Your new name appears throughout LeaseLlama immediately.

Updating your email

  1. Click the Email field
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Click Save

After changing your email:

  • You’ll receive a verification email at the new address
  • Click the verification link to confirm
  • Use your new email to log in going forward

Your email is your login and is used for password resets and notifications. Keep it current.

Changing your password

  1. Enter your Current Password
  2. Enter your New Password (at least 8 characters)
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click Save

Tip: Use a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords.

Forgot your password?

If you can’t log in:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link

What you can’t change yourself

Some settings can only be changed by an Administrator:

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact your administrator.

Common questions

Can I change my username? LeaseLlama uses your email as your login. Your “Name” field is just the display name — change it anytime.

What if I don’t verify my new email? You can still use LeaseLlama, but you’ll see a verification banner and password resets will go to the unverified address.

How do I log out? Click your name/avatar (top right) → Log Out.

Can I delete my own account? No. Only an Administrator can delete accounts.
