Account & Subscription
Manage your LeaseLlama plan, view billing info, and handle account changes.
Overview
The Account page is where you manage your LeaseLlama subscription — see your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, check billing dates, and (if needed) cancel.
To get here: Go to Administration → Account.
Account summary
At the top, you’ll see your current status:

If you’re in a trial, you’ll see a $1 Trial badge with the time remaining.
Available plans

Every space in your facility counts — active, available, and suspended. Deleted spaces don’t count.
Changing plans
Upgrading
Click Choose [Plan Name] on a higher plan. The change takes effect immediately with access to new features.
Downgrading
- Verify your space count is within the new plan’s limit
- If over the limit, delete unused spaces first
- Click Choose [Plan Name]
You can’t downgrade if you have more spaces than the target plan allows. Reduce your space count first.
Danger zone
At the bottom of the page is the account cancellation section.
When you cancel:
- User access is revoked immediately
- A 30-day offboarding period begins
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
To cancel: Click Cancel Account → enter optional feedback → Confirm Cancellation.
Changed your mind? Click Keep Account before confirming, or contact support within 30 days if you’ve already confirmed.
Common questions
What happens if I exceed my space limit? You can’t add new spaces beyond the limit. Existing spaces and rentals are not affected.
Is there annual billing? Contact LeaseLlama for annual billing options, which may include discounts.
How do I update my payment card? Contact LeaseLlama support. Self-service card management is coming soon.
Can I reactivate after cancellation? Within 30 days, contact support. After data deletion, you’d need a new account.
