What payment methods do you support?

We integrate with Stripe for credit card payments and recurring billing. You can also track manual payments like cash and checks. Your customers don't need to create accounts—payments are handled through simple invoice links.

Can my customers pay online?

Not currently. When a renter profile is created, credit card information is saved to the customers profile. Once the payment information is saved, recurring invoices are charged to the Renters default credit card. No customer portal or app needed—just simple, straightforward payments.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting software?

Not directly yet, but you can export all your data to CSV for easy import into QuickBooks, Xero, or any accounting software. Direct integrations are on our roadmap!

What's the difference between the plans?

The main difference is the number of spaces you can manage: Starter (50), Operator (150), and Pro (300). Higher tiers also include priority support and additional features like custom contract templates.
