Terms of Service

When you use LeaseLlama, you agree to these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account.

Definitions

“LeaseLlama”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to LeaseLlama and the team that builds and operates it.

“Service” refers to the LeaseLlama application at leasellama.app, the marketing website at leasellama.com, and any related products we create and maintain.

“You” or “your” refers to the person or organization that owns an account with the Service.

Account terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LeaseLlama cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  2. You are responsible for all content posted and all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you invite to the Service.
  3. You must be a human to create an account. Accounts registered by automated means are not permitted.
  4. You must provide a valid email address and any other information required during signup. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended.
  5. You may not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

Payment, refunds, and plan changes

  1. LeaseLlama offers a $1 trial period. After the trial, you need to pay in advance to continue using the Service.
  2. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such charges.
  3. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of features or capacity. LeaseLlama is not liable for such loss.
  4. We process refunds according to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and termination

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Instructions are in our Cancellation Policy. An email request to cancel is not automatically considered cancellation — use the in-app option or contact support directly.
  2. All of your content will be inaccessible immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all content will be permanently deleted from active systems. Within 60 days, all content will be permanently deleted from backups. We cannot recover content once it has been permanently deleted.
  3. If you cancel before the end of your current paid-up period, your cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. We do not automatically prorate unused time. See our Refund Policy for details.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
  5. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse — including threats — of any LeaseLlama team member will result in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and prices

  1. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice.
  2. Prices are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice. Notice may be provided by posting changes to the LeaseLlama website or the Service itself.
  3. LeaseLlama shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Uptime, security, and privacy

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  2. We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers. We’ll reach out before taking action except in rare cases where it impacts performance for others.
  3. We take many measures to protect and secure your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
  4. You agree that LeaseLlama may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.
  5. We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, and storage required to run the Service.

Content ownership and intellectual property

  1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you provide to the Service. Your data is yours.
  2. LeaseLlama does not pre-screen content but reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or remove any content available via the Service.
  3. The look and feel of the Service is copyright © LeaseLlama. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from LeaseLlama.
  4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Liability

You expressly understand and agree that LeaseLlama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
