Cancellation Policy

We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That’s why we make it easy to cancel your LeaseLlama account directly in the app — no phone calls, no retention loops, no questions required.
To cancel, navigate to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. If you need help, you can always contact our support team and we’ll take care of it right away.
What happens when you cancel
Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again.
You’ll retain full access to your account and all data until the end of your current paid billing period. After that:
- Within 30 days: Your content will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Export your data any time during this window from Account Settings → Export.
- Within 60 days: Your content will be permanently deleted from our backups.
We cannot recover content once it’s been permanently deleted. If you change your mind, reactivate your account before the 30-day window closes.
We don’t automatically prorate unused time, but if you haven’t used your account in months or were just charged for a new billing cycle, contact us for a fair refund. We’ll treat you right.
LeaseLlama-initiated cancellations
We may cancel accounts that have been inactive for an extended period:
- Trial accounts: 30 days after a trial expires without being upgraded
- Frozen accounts: 180 days after being frozen due to billing failures
- Free accounts: After 365 days of inactivity
We also retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason at any time, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
