Refund Policy

If you’re ever unhappy with LeaseLlama for any reason, contact our support team. We’ll work with you to figure out what went wrong and make it right.


Examples of full refunds we’d grant

  • You were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel — we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
  • You forgot to cancel your account a couple of months ago and you haven’t used it since — we’ll give you a full refund for those months.
  • You tried LeaseLlama for a couple of months and just weren’t happy with it — you can have your money back.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant

  • You forgot to cancel your account a year ago, but there’s been some activity in your account — we’ll review your usage and figure out a fair partial refund.
  • We had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) — we’d issue a partial credit toward your next billing cycle.
  • You emailed support and it took us several days to get back to you — we’ll make it right with a credit.

The $1 trial

Our $1 trial gives you full access to LeaseLlama for 30 days to evaluate whether it’s right for your operation. The $1 is not refundable, but it’s also just a dollar.


How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
