California Notice at Collection

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”), requires us to provide some additional information. This section applies only to California residents. It does not apply to personal information we collect from employees in their capacity as employees.

Your choices regarding sharing and selling

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your data as defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so over the past 12 months.


Sensitive personal information

The CCPA allows you to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than those for which you cannot opt out under the CCPA.

Your California privacy rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  1. Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you
  2. Access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you
  3. Delete the personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
  4. Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
  5. Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don’t sell or share, but this right still applies)
  6. Limit use of sensitive personal information (we don’t collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA)
  7. Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Rights Request”. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.


Shine the Light disclosure

The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right, under certain circumstances, to request information about how we disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
